i bled only for three days, instead of having a fullblown period. ive had backaches, headaches, my diet is increasing. any ideas ?

3 is still average: changes in hormonal level besides the obvious (taking hormones) will change menses. Changes in weight, metabolism, stress, activity. And there is some level of variability. Can be a sign of early menopause but this is almmost never the case.
