See gyn: **IN 50% OF CASES NO CAUSE FOR THE BLEEDING IS UNCOVERED. Post coital bleeding can be from a number of causes: cervicitis from Gonorrhea or Chlamydia, cervical cancer, cervical polyps, cervical ectopi, uterine fibroids,adenomyosis. You should see your gyn to see if any of the above conditions is present. Certainly if this should reoccur.
