Sympathectomy : Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy is a Surgery I have assisted in to treat hyperhidrosis at UCLA. Studies show it is a viable treatment option. Aluminum chloride: Try 35% or 50%. Be sure you apply to completely dry skin. Many people get result from 20% AlCl.......always apply to completely dry skin........then apply disposable plastic gloves and secure for several hours or over-night.
