Forget averages: The important question is not how many shots you got, but did it work? Did it? If it did, stop counting and enjoy the results. If it didn't seek other therapy.

Sound a but much: Every doctor uses a slightly different technique, so may it's the norm for your doc. I use about 12 per hand. Good luck.

Varies with everyone: As long as it has significantly reduced your hyperhidrosis then you should be good. You may consider having your doctor mix up a higher concentration of Botox and probably the number of shots may be less.

Hyperhidrosis: this is a fairly common problem that can be embarrassing and even disabling.. There is effective surgical treatment that permanently solves the problem.
