Other treatments: There are several other treatments but they are not all FDA approved. Botox works, but needs to be applied by an experienced physician as it as you do not want to use the function of the muscles in your hand for a month. Iontophoresis with an anticholinergic also works; your dermatologist can tell you how to get both of these working.
