Cyst: Depending how long the lump has been present and how it formed, it may recede on its own, may need to be drained, or may need to be excised. See your physician and she/he will be better able to assess it. It is likely benign (meaning it won't cause serious problems), but is likely to be a nuisance until you get it taken care of.
