Unlikely but....: It is uncommon to have 2 cancers at the same time. But you may be confused by the fact that any one cancer can spread(metastasize) to other organs which can cause confusion in patients' mind. For example Stomach cancer can spread to the lungs....that does not mean you have 2 cancers....it simply means that your stomach cancer) has spread into the lungs yet your diagnosis remains stomach cancer.
