My father has lung cancer stadium 4, now he has problem with his stomach. his stomach feels hard, but on usg they didn't find anything on his stomach?

CT scan, EGD: Ct scan will be much better than sonogram to evaluate what is wrong here in this case. Having said that, ultimately, an upper endoscopy may be needed to directly visualize the upper GI tract to evaluate if there is stomach ulcer etc. Discuss with your doctor in detail.
