Possibly: Most ovarian cancer is stage iii when diagnosed. Finding tumor between the stomach and liver is consistent with this. Do not assume a lesion in the lung is metastatic cancer unless there is a biopsy to show this. The lesion you describe could be a lot of things other than cancer.
