Cystic abscess: It is infected it will need incision and drainage and 5-7 days of appropriate antibiotics. Apply warm compresses to. Help it come to a head.

Infected pimple : Seems like pimple is infected by staphylococcus bacteria. Seems that you need antibiotics , please consult your doctor.
