Per your doctor: The usual target dose for gad is 60 mg; it can be further increased in increments of 30 mg at a time to maximum of 120 mg total. This is only for the indication of generalized anxiety disorder & not for other conditions treated with cymbalta (duloxetine). Medication adjustments should only occur under supervision of your doctor. Dangerous side effects & contraindications exist & you are safest if monitored.
