What is the max dose of cymbalta (duloxetine) for gad?was on for 2 yrs, went off 3 months to see if need. back on 4mo now & isn't working. my dose then & now-60mg

Per your doctor: The usual target dose for gad is 60 mg; it can be further increased in increments of 30 mg at a time to maximum of 120 mg total. This is only for the indication of generalized anxiety disorder & not for other conditions treated with cymbalta (duloxetine).
