Difficult to say: This is a very difficult question to answer because of drug drug interactions between the two, and the fact that these have a lot to do with an enzyme in your liver called the cytochrome p450 2d6 enzyme system. It would be preferable to know your "isoenzyme status" so that your psychiatrist could more safely gauge the maximum dose of Cymbalta (duloxetine) for you in that situation.Best wishes.

They work very: differently. Wellbutrin increases dopamine and duloxetine increase norepinephrine and serotonin! They can be used tgoether!
