It Depends...: ...on what you were doing before the numbness started. For example, did it start after you went to sleep? You may have been laying on it and compressed some nerves causing neuropraxia. Fortunately this is temporary. If your symptoms persist into tomorrow without improvement, I suggest seeking care in an Emergency Department or Urgent Care.
