Slept on floor last night. when i woke up my back was tighter than usual and my left thigh was numb. still numb 10 hrs later. what could this be?

Pinched nerve: You may have irritated a nerve in your back by sleeping in poor position on the floor. The should get better. Try some anti inflammatory such as advil or aleve (naproxen) and stay active with walking, but avoid heavy lifting, twisting or running right now.
