Abdominal pain : Studies show that abdominal pain in women can be very challenging. You paint a picture of ovarian cyst pathology which can be a benign disease that resolves when small and a dangerous disease with surgical signs if a cyst is large >5cm and causes torsion or is hemorrhagic. You got a CT to rule out appendicitis also need serum HCG to rule out ectopic pregnancy in women , urinalysis history etc
