Keep going: Take the next pill the next day (a day early). You will end your pack a day early; start the next pack a day early or you could start at the usual time (most likely ok and certainly ok after a week)

No problem: The stuff works as long as you keep at least a proper baseline of the pill hormones in your system. Extra just increases your risk of side effects & leaves you a pill short later.They can fail if you skip & the level falls.You will end your month quicker,& start over.
