Majority are benign: Majority of sinus cysts are benign , most of them are located in maxillary sinus. Don't worry speak to your doctor for nature of it and treatment.

Let me try this again one ovary larger than other ovary only shows simple folllicular cyst on ultrasound nothing abnormal can cancer present a just an enlargrment with nothing abormal on ultrasound?
