Nausea & loss of appetite. also frequent urination, fatigue, upset stomach, headache. no fever or vomiting. on day 9. symptoms started very suddenly. no history of gi issues. could it be a virus?

Symptoms: Yes you could have a virus. Also you might want to see your doctor to rule out mono.

Possibly : Those symptoms could be related to a viral infection but there are also several other things that could be the cause. Since the symptoms are persisting a visit with your medical provider for a full history, physical and lab work would be indicated.
