See MD: Painless salivary gland enlargement is seen in diabetes, bulimia/anorexia, liver disease, autoimmune conditions, and hiv. The other symptoms suggest a systemic disorder so would test for these. Recommend a good exam and appropriate blood evaluation. Hope you find the cause.
