I have pcos & we are ttc. sex is very painfull for me due to lack of cervical mucus. it is very dry all the time! how can i improve this?

Lubricant: A water soluble over the counter lubricant such as Astroglide or K-Y can resolve your issue. A greater concern is whether or not your ovaries(PCOS) are significantly enlarged enough to be struck intra vaginally during intercourse which can give the same painful breathless feeling as a male struck in the testicles. Check with your GYN MD by exam or ultrasound to make sure that isn't a problem.
