Maybe: You can ovulate occasionally with PCOS. if you did and don't get pregnant, you should have a period 2 weeks later. Clear mucous at ovulation if due to the high estrogen levels. With PCOS, you may occasionally have increased estrogen levels not related to ovulation, which may make the mucous thin.
