Dry spots: Dryness of skin can be due to environment, lack of oil in the diet, or a skin condition, or if itchy from low B 12. Please see you doctor for a proper diagnosis and help. Please avoid any skin lotion containing alcohol. That will dry the skin more. Peace and good health.

Dry skin: Can be for various problems . Dry skin problems are common at this time of year. Have you tried a moisturizing cream? That is usually a good start. However, if you are concerned about possibilty psoriasis or some skin condition get seen. Online is convenient start for that.

You may have eczema : You may have eczema. Are the dry patches on the inside (inside crease) of your elbows or on the outside (bone)? On the outside might signify psoriasis instead. Need more info. Send a photo also. Hope that helps.
