You may have: ringworm,which is a fungus.Ringworm lesions are round,flakey(dry),that enlarge over time,spread,and can itch.The edges can be red and bumpy but the middle of the lesions look more normal( we call this "central clearing").Best to have your doc take a look.

This could be: folliculitis.. they appear as bumps on the inner thighs at the pores from clogged hair ducts and then dry up and scab. but are not spread all over the body.The other possibility is allergy as that coul dbe all over the body
