Eczema: Sounds like you may have eczema. It is a chronic condition in which the skin loses its ability to maintain moisture. Moisturizing your skin frequently with a nice unscented moisturizer like cetaphil or cerave, especially after bathing/showering, will help. If it is still bothersome i recommend seeing a good dermatologist.
