Without seeing it : It is hard to say. May just be dry skin causing itchiness . Puffiness as a result of constant scratching. You can take a histamine eg allegra, claritin, zyrtec, Benadryl (diphenhydramine) etc for the itch but you may need prescription for topical steroids from your physician. Otc ones may not be strong enough, but you can certainly try.
