See a doctor : I'm guessing that you previously said you were in pain in your last question. Fall + back pain may represent either sprain or fracture. Hard without examination to tell which (and if still unclear may need X-ray). Suggest you see a doctor.

Fall: After a fall from a standing position it is likely a contusion and less likely to be serious but depending on your age, medical conditions, and if you are on anticoagulants. If it is bothering you enough it would be worth it to have a doctor to evaluate you.
