Standard way: You're probably sick of hearing this over and over - the way to get your shape back after having a baby is the old diet and exercise. Tone your muscles with cardio and weight resistance exercises. Live the lifestyle of a skinny person. Obviously, your body is going to have significant changes that will be impossible to fix, but you can get darn close to the original with regular lifestyle changes.
