Pelvic,back pain: These pains may or may not be directly or indirectly related to hip trauma. A physician would have to examine all three areas in order to pinpoint the cause or causes of the discomfort. Xray studies may be ordered or a referral to an orthopedic specialist or gynecologist may be advised after the initial assessment.
