It's ok: That is just above the high end of normal but but in an asymptomatic 16 y/o with no medical problems I would not worry about it. Lots of things can cause it. Make sure you stay well hydrated if it is hot outside. If you have chest pain, shortness of breath or some other symptoms see your doctor.
