Follow up with MD: You need to go back to the GYN MD who ordered the radiologic testing and have hem/her do further testing on the ovary which will include a sample (biopsy) via Laparoscopy or other means. The only way to know for certain about cancer status is to have an actual tissue sample sent to the Pathology MD. Don't delay as if it is ovarian cancer, early treatment is vital to recovery.
