Hydrocortisone cream: Hydrocortisone cream is the only OTC one I am aware of among the steroid family. It's of a low-intermediate potency compared to the clobetasol one which is very highly potent. She may try the hydrocortisone if it's the only option, otherwise a prescription is needed... Get well!

I have either dermatitis or eczema on my hands & when i put the cream on my hands that i got from the doctor my hands burn &feel like the are on fire.
