OTC hydrocortisone: Clobezan [clobetasol] is 1000 times more potent. Result from OTC hydrocortisone likely to be less effective, but worth a try. You can get prescription from Dr or urgent care. Trriamcinolone cream .1% is midway potency but far less expensive. Can get 15G, 80G tube or 16oz jar.
