Can i use microspec cream for an itchy rash on my right hand on the knuckles?

It is an antifungal cream so it is not effective for an allergic rash, insect bite, etc. which is not caused by a fungal infection. You can apply cold compress or lidocaine cream 4% (OTC product) for the itching or use hydrocortisone cream 1% (OTC) for rash due to allergy or insect bite. Take care.
