Pelvic pain: There could be multiple causes of such pelvic pain - ovarian cysts - fibroids - pelvic inflammatory disease - endometriosis - kidney infection - ectopic pregnancy In short you need to review with your GP again to investigate the pain further. You may need an Ultrasound and possibly a referral to see a gynecologist

Hello, I received an antibiotic for a really bad UTI for five days and today Im due to take the last one. Im still having issues feeling like I have to pee and lower pain in my left pelvic area. My urine looks clear. No sure how to proceed?
Late and very light period. No cramping or usual PMS. 2 clots in 'normal' urine. 2nd day and just spotting (not normal). No other symptoms present.
If >100 squamous epithelial cells/lpf indicates contamination of urine specimen, do I still need worry abt high wbc, pos leukocyte esterase & mucous?
Last 6 urine tests have shown abnormal values for Leukocyte Esterase from 75-500. What could this be indicative of? There is no bacteria culture pressent and no UTI symptoms. Please help and thank you.
