See doctor urgently : Please see a doctor today and get pyelonephritis (kidney infection) excluded and consider other possibilities apart from urine infection for your pain

Pelvic pain: There could be multiple causes of such pelvic pain - ovarian cysts - fibroids - pelvic inflammatory disease - endometriosis - kidney infection - ectopic pregnancy In short you need to review with your GP again to investigate the pain further. You may need an Ultrasound and possibly a referral to see a gynecologist

Go back to MD: Go back to the MD who initially treated you and get re-examined to make sure that the infection has cleared or not.
