Mixed flora: Hi Ashley. If you have "mixed flora" in the urine - even with leukocytes (or white cells) - it may mean that the specimen was not a "clean catch" specimen. There are other signs in the test to help determine this. If an urinary tract infection (UTI) is still a consideration, a repeat urine test and culture could be considered.
