Refractory Cluster: Get to urgent care / emergency room for an immediate eval. If your regular meds not working something has changed. A physician needs to sort out what is actually going on with you. Cluster headache needs to be looked into, this may not be the correct diagnosis!

History of headaches/migraines, but none this long. This was a migraine for a day and still mild headache for over 1 week. On verapamil & imitrex. Can't take nsaids. Avoiding tylenol (acetaminophen) so doubt rebound.
Imitrex (sumatriptan) 6mg injections for cluster headaches worked the first 2/3 times but now not effective anymore. Even taking 2 at once doesn't stop the pain!???
