Experiencing worst ever cluster headache lasting many hours already & sumatriptan injection didn't work. please help i feel like i'm dying of pain!?!?

Response: If the injection was given more than 90 minutes after onset of your headache, it would be very unlikely to work. However, you may not necessarily be having one of your usual headaches, and need to be careful here. Infections, bleeding, and increased pressure on brain may be present. In this case, might be best to see a doctor ASAP, even visit an emergency room.
