Is it okay to take tylenol (acetaminophen) with codeine and imitrex?

Drug interaction: Generally it is safe, but there is no need to take both medicines at the same time. Separated by an hour should be sufficient.

Sure: Should be just fine. If you take a Naproxen with the Imitrex (sumatriptan) you'll make a poor man's treximet which is supposed to be better at keeping the headaches from rebounding.

Can take both: but separate them by 1-2 hours. Also can take naproxen ( unless there is a contraindication) with imitrex (sumatriptan) which is often more effective.
