I am taking inderal 40m/ morning and valium 5mg at night for neck spams and migraines treatment. nonetheless since the above is for prevention . is it okay to take sumatriptan or paracetamol with codeine once i get an headache attack?

Sumatriptan as needed is fine but avoid opioids of all types as these can result in chronic daily migraines
