Maybe.: If you were prescribed cipro 4 days ago and removed the Nuvaring and had unprotected sex 4 days ago then you should be protected. Technically you can get pregnant once you remove the ring. But if you were still on your period it is not likely that you could get pregnant. Please followup with your primary doctor or gynecologist if you skip a period.
