For last 24 hrs bridge and side of nose hurt when i touch it or rub nose. no sinus issues, no cold, can breath fine. what is causing the pain?

Infection?: There is a possibility that you are developing cellulitis over the nasal ridge. If so this needs antibiotics as soon as possible. The central area of the face shares the same blood supply as the brain and therefore infection in this area can result in unnecessary complications if not treated in time.
