See an ENT: As a fellow sinus sufferer, I can tell you that the best thing I ever did was go and see an ENT. The ENT will be able to take at look at the entrances to your sinuses and prescribe a regimen to deal with the issue. I know that it seems like a big step, but living on nasal decongestant sprays and oral decongestants is not the way out of this.
