Probably yes, but...: I'm not familiar with HSV blood tests that give results as fractions or titers. With other tests (e.g. HerpeSelect®), any positive HSV1 result usually is valid, but weakly positive results (which is what I suspect is how to interpret your HSV2 result) often are false and require confirmation. In most countries, over half of adults are HSV1 positive, no big deal. But you'll need to clarify HSV2.
