I have had a couple bouts in the past month where i vomit during a bowel movment (which is very loose), i also am having cramping during the bowel movement. i tend to have pain on my right side (abdomen) and there is a soft bump on that side?

It’s not possible to pin down a specific diagnosis based on what you have described here, and if you do have a Soft bump on that side, you do need to have an abdominal exam. You should see your primary care doctor or a Gastroenterologist as soon as you can. Good luck.
