Arcus senilis?: This sounds like arcus senilis (Latin for arc or circle of aging). It's due to deposition of fats like cholesterol and usually means someone has an abnormal lipid profie. Such persons typically are at high risk for heart attack and stroke. You (or whoever has this) should see a doctor for advice and perhaps treatment, maybe with a statin drug.
