Monitor yearly: The brown spot is likely just an iris freckle. No worries there. The mole in the back is a choroidal nevus... A slow growing pigmented growth that has a small chance of becoming malignant. It should be watched. If it is growing, your ophthalmologist may want to perform an ultrasound to measure its size.
