What to do if i had an eye check today. my eyes are +0.50 and +0.75. does this mean i need glasses or not?

Low prescription: This is a minimal amount of correction so unless you are having visual difficulties or special needs, you can probably skip getting glasses. However at 47 years of age, you will certainly need help with near vision - i assume you are by now using reading eyeglasses.
