Healthy choices: Healthy diet should be balanced to keep you healthy now and later in life. Diet should contain enough calories. Foods that are particularly healthy include fruits, vegetables and foods with fibers as beans, nuts, oatmeal and some cereals and breads. Bed time snack can be a healthy nutritious option as fruit, nuts, boiled egg, small amount of lean meat etc as long as it is part of balanced diet
