Pain all the time: 33 M no maj med issues but feeling new pain all the time. In chest, shoulder, kidney, etc. tests by 2 docs show things are fine. Where to go from here? ANS: you need to be seen by an Internist who will do a detailed history, physical exam and directed testing to find the cause. I am one of those and happy to do 2nd opinion to get you started. Will need to see all labs and other tests done so far.
