Is it possible for chronic bacterial prostatitis not to be cured with oral antibiotics? + cultures, many urologists/antibiotics, 9months

Yes, possible: You've asked many previous questions here and probably too many doctors. Select one urologist and/or one ID specialist you trust and follow his/their advice. Most prostatitis isn't bacterial, doesn't respond to antibiotics. And bacterial prostatitis sometimes isn't curable. In that case, ongoing low dose antibiotics sometimes are used to prevent complications but not necessarily attempting cure.
